Not pleased with the billing department. They can’t seem to get it straight with the insurance. Had to pause therapy until it’s resolved. Nobody cares either! Oh and let’s not forget the letter I received about the data error where personal information was posted into someone else’s account. Awesome!
It was good until I had to deal with there billing dept. The level of basic insurance verification is non existent. I keep getting a bill from, I'm sure a third party company. I have asked repeatedly for then to resubmit the bills to my insurance. They refuse to do this stating we are non par which makes no difference when the plan I 1 a ppo and 2 is primary. Dr Dietz. I saw him and I was very pleased with him and his team. I am an older adult with a very bad back. They treated me with All of my back pain needs. I would recommend them for understanding and care.
I had a great first session with my Therapist, Shaqutia Florence, LPC. She was thoughtful, had a good sense of humor (important for me), and provided good insight. I felt at ease, and it was easy for me to open up.
I feel truly blessed to have an understanding and thoughtful therapist. She always has functional strategies to offer. She is motivating and empathetic. She is skilled in her understanding of medical issues as well as my own diagnosis.
