My doctor is great (Dr. Fournier), I like her. Lifestance health itself is awful. 27 reminders for one appointment. Tries to mandate in person visits without reason. Makes you fill out a 10 page survey before EVERY appointment (not just the usual mental health stuff). It's just bureaucracy central, which is especially ironic if you're y'know, going to them for ADHD meds. They are NOT afraid to take up large amounts of your time.
The meeting with Dr Fournier went well. BUT the signage on the outside of the building for 125 Newbury street is terrible. I walked around the building and had to ask where I might find Lifestance. The sign in In the parking lot shows an arrow towards pediatrics with life stance underneath. It shows lifestamce as number 500. The number on the building is number one.. it would be good if you did a better job of where Lifestance exists.
I chose LifeStance for med management and support when I moved to a new city. It is easy to make appointments, co-payments and request refills. My provider is excellent and I would definitely recommend her. Very grateful to have connected with the right person!
I’m pleased with the care I receive from my psychiatrist and psychologist. The staff answering calls are always efficient and pleasant.
