I had an appointment yesterday by telehealth. I made an appointment for an evaluation and I got a (very late to host a telehealth) NP that just gives medication, that was the warning she gave me when I told her what was the appointment for . Which she should had from the start referred me to an actual doctor for a proper eval but she decided to still do it. For the first time in years, I felt heard! Elizabeth C. amkes me feel completely at ease. The moment I started talking to her, I felt safe. I feel like she gets me. I feel supported and I appreciate her excitement on wanting to walk this journey with me. I told someone I love therapy and they thought I was joking! I LOVE THERAPY! It has only been 2 sessions but I feel clearer and for the first time I realize my life can be manageable and I can be happy! I wish everyone could see her.

Poorly run and waste of our time. No signage, no check in, was not prepared for us, office was nasty. Don’t waste your time here. **the 2x4 is holding up the printer stand…(should have been my sign to leave)

It was easy to book an appointment with a LifeStance therapist and the therapist I was matched with seems to be a good fit .

I've been seeing Dr Herman for 20 years. DR Herman is always pleasant and caring about his patients. I have never had a bad experience getting an appointment.
