I had an appointment yesterday by telehealth. I made an appointment for an evaluation and I got a (very late to host a telehealth) NP that just gives medication, that was the warning she gave me when I told her what was the appointment for . Which she should had from the start referred me to an actual doctor for a proper eval but she decided to still do it. Poorly run and waste of our time. No signage, no check in, was not prepared for us, office was nasty. Don’t waste your time here. **the 2x4 is holding up the printer stand…(should have been my sign to leave)

For the first time in years, I felt heard! Elizabeth C. amkes me feel completely at ease. The moment I started talking to her, I felt safe. I feel like she gets me. I feel supported and I appreciate her excitement on wanting to walk this journey with me. I told someone I love therapy and they thought I was joking! I LOVE THERAPY! It has only been 2 sessions but I feel clearer and for the first time I realize my life can be manageable and I can be happy! I wish everyone could see her.
