I am very disappointed with the services here from one therapist individually. The first appointment was ok, It was just intake forms. I had 2 appointments with her and she was late by about 7 minutes each time. And after the first appointment, she let me go 20 minutes early. When I went to the second appointment it was very unprofessional, I was in the middle of talking when her computer dinged and she stop listening to me looked at her computer, answered what I’m assuming is an email and then got back to me. Chudney Williams was the worst mental health “professional” that I’ve ever experienced. She was negligent about getting my medications refilled at the right time. And when I brought it up in our next meeting, she ended the telehealth call and left me with no medication refills at all. 0 stars deserved!!! I called to get help for a family member and told them I was paying out of pocket because they don’t have insurance. I asked how much a session is and was told around $200 with no insurance starting with a psych evaluation. I called to pay the first bill and it was $350 and they wouldn’t adjust to the price I was told. I did not enjoy being lied to, so I asked to cancel my family members appointment and was told there will be a $65-150 cancellation fee. The team at Lifestance have changed my life. You wouldn't think just talking about problems can help find solutions and set boundaries that make you feel better about your every day life but it does. I am truly grateful for Michelle and Karriann.
She no called no showed my first therapy appointment. Sat in waiting room for an hour before I finally gave up. Edit: I emailed, with proof of the appointment and they did not answer. Do not go here.
