I am very disappointed with the services here from one therapist individually. The first appointment was ok, It was just intake forms. I had 2 appointments with her and she was late by about 7 minutes each time. And after the first appointment, she let me go 20 minutes early. When I went to the second appointment it was very unprofessional, I was in the middle of talking when her computer dinged and she stop listening to me looked at her computer, answered what I’m assuming is an email and then got back to me. 0 stars deserved!!! I called to get help for a family member and told them I was paying out of pocket because they don’t have insurance. I asked how much a session is and was told around $200 with no insurance starting with a psych evaluation. I called to pay the first bill and it was $350 and they wouldn’t adjust to the price I was told. I did not enjoy being lied to, so I asked to cancel my family members appointment and was told there will be a $65-150 cancellation fee. Chudney Williams was the worst mental health “professional” that I’ve ever experienced. She was negligent about getting my medications refilled at the right time. And when I brought it up in our next meeting, she ended the telehealth call and left me with no medication refills at all. She had a terrible condescending attitude, and I’ll never forget the complete lack of professionalism. Disgusting. Zero stars. God help any of her current or future patients. Booking an appointment was pretty easy and intake forms, well, their intake forms. Those are never easy and always take time. I had time to get them done in sitting, not sure if it allows you the option to save and continue at a later time. Besides that booking and confirming appointment was pretty good.
Therapist never showed for a telehealth appointment. Emails were never answered. Called to explain and whoever was on the phone could care less. Left the company immediately. Be careful with this place. Your mental health matters and there are better places in town! I’m sure the company might reply to this with “we don’t recognize your name” or “call us to speak” but I’m done. Should have care sooner.
