I highly recommend NOT coming here. First off they called me to reschedule my appointment, and told me that if the new date doesn’t work for my schedule to call and reschedule. Unfortunately I had an emergency and couldn’t make my appointment so I called and rescheduled with no problem, and NO mention of any kind of fee. Well now the time of my appointment they are trying to charge me a $125 fee WITHOUT NOTICE. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here if you are looking for mental health services, they just want money from you. They helped me get a proper diagnosis and the medication to help deal with said diagnosis. The in office appointments I have had are always handled professionally and with a great amount of respect. When I first started visiting my Psychiatrist with LifeStance, I was unsure of what to expect. But, I was impressed with my experience overall! I got the support I needed that helped me find myself again, my Psychiatrist was extremely friendly and overall helpful, he gave me a lot of insight and helped me every step of the way!
My medication provider and my therapist are both great. They are extremely helpful and have made a difference in my life. Lifestance all together is a great place and I highly recommend them .
