The intake process was seamless and straight forward. Simple questionnaires were presented to gain more knowledge of who I am as person and what my ultimate goals are in achieving within the realm of counseling. My session was completed effortlessly via Zoom video conference but could also easily be conducted in person if I wanted too. I am excited to continue services and can’t wait for my next therapy session with my new provider. Thank you Life Stance I look forward to working with your company!
I have had a good experience with Lifestance for therapy, being scheduled quickly, finding help with choosing a therapist, and being seen by my therapist in a timely manner.
I highly recommend NOT coming here. First off they called me to reschedule my appointment, and told me that if the new date doesn’t work for my schedule to call and reschedule. Unfortunately I had an emergency and couldn’t make my appointment so I called and rescheduled with no problem, and NO mention of any kind of fee. Well now the time of my appointment they are trying to charge me a $125 fee WITHOUT NOTICE. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here if you are looking for mental health services, they just want money from you. If you care about your mental health both for medication or therapy, go elsewhere. They only care about churning through people rather than actually helping them. Doctor didn't fill my prescription for almost a week because she was "too busy." Completely unacceptable behavior.
She is great at listening to my life difficulties. We are working on challenges that I’ve gone through. With her help I know I’ll get there.
