Great and caring providers but horrible and predatory billing department. After 2+ years and no missed appointments they wouldn't work with me on regarding fees for being 1 hour late

I have absolutely no complaints about the doctor's care, but the Billing department does not answer my calls or those from my insurance. almost 6k bills that need to be resubmitted to be paid by my health insurance in the correct way that LIFESTANCE knows because they have sent them the warnings and detailed steps on how to make the payment request and they simply do not respond. The only incorrect entry of the payment request was made only for the Jul-Sep three-month therapies and the months of Apr-Jun have not been entered... read more
