If I could give a rating less than 1 I would. I made an appointment for 9 am and I was a new patient 7/21/25 with Melissa. I arrived at 8:55 and was told she was running a bit behind. At 9:45 I was still waiting. I asked to reschedule, the receptionist was a one woman show and so discombobulated she asked could she call me later to schedule my appointment.. after much thought I've decided I will go someplace else. First impressions mean a lot, and my first impression of Lifestance is not good at all.
Don’t bring a child here. My son was treated by Dr. Amira, who bonded with him and gained his trust. She never requested a meeting with me and booked all appointments directly through him. A teenager. I never spoke with her until she discharged him, without my knowledge, because he cancelled two appointments and claimed that she tried to reschedule for a month but never called or sent any kind of communication. They really listen to what is going on in my life and they try to help me as much as they can.
Dr. was amazing. She was on time, listened to my needs. And gave me the help I needed
They won't stop harassing me to review them so here's 2 stars just to leave me alone. It will go to 1 if the harassment continues.
