Was 8 minutes late to my scheduled appointment and did everything online before hand but they still wouldn’t take us. Then they say we still need to do a children’s health questionnaire and that they sent it to us. After showing the front desk lady that wasn’t the case and that the check in said everything was complete she continued to be smirky and rude and tell us she couldn’t help us. Scheduling and checking in for appointment was easy enough. Would have preferred to have someone in office to ensure everything was set prior to appointment time. Provider shouldn't need to be doing basic check in before starting the session

Great customer service, I was early,still didn't have to wait long, I was having issues with my phone not being able to get into the portal, The Receptionist. figured it out For me which was very helpful! Also my therapist was Clinical, Yet Is very personable, Makeing it get a relaxed atmosphere.!

I felt very welcome. Tiffany is extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She was very easy to talk to. I felt we had a good opening session.
