I have to say Lifestance, has been Wonderful since I've Started There, I was Paired With An Excellent Psychiatrist, Understanding Patient & Quite Pleasant. The Whole Office Is Filled With Very Nice People. I'm Glad I Found You When My Psychiatrist Retired Now Going On 1.5yrs Now. Keep Up Being Awesome, Liz Bishop
While my psychiatrist was nice and provided good care, the administrative side of LifeStance is a nightmare. I was charged over $650 for a single online visit with zero transparency; costs should have been mentioned upfront, but they never provided an estimate. When I tried to negotiate a payment plan, they refused to cooperate and instead took unauthorized funds from my account. I really like Susan and I look forward to working thru therapy with her. Susan seems to be a great therapist and I really think she will help me thru my depression. This initial meeting was getting to know each other and share with her some of my trauma.
Was 8 minutes late to my scheduled appointment and did everything online before hand but they still wouldn’t take us. Then they say we still need to do a children’s health questionnaire and that they sent it to us. After showing the front desk lady that wasn’t the case and that the check in said everything was complete she continued to be smirky and rude and tell us she couldn’t help us.
