I saw Dr. Marc Sandrolini, a psychiatrist at this location, last November because I wanted tested for autism or ADHD. Basically, I sat in this dude’s office for, like, an hour and rattled off my various concerns, only for him to suggest that I was “probably fine” and should just seek therapy services instead. I have gone to this office for almost 4 years. I love and depend on my therapist Rachelle and enjoyed my Psych Alissa until she left. Their care has been life changing and while I’m sad Alissa left the practice to follow her passion, I hope to see Ray for many years to come. Stephen Sullivan has been GREAT. Stephen wasted no time and from our first session, provided excellent tools to assist me in becoming a better me. My experience with LifeStance has been nothing but excellence. From the receptionists to billing, LifeStance truly aims to serve their clients.
The session was very professional and informative in the beginning, when I requested for my child’s treatment assessments (twice) I was notified it would take up to 30 days. It has been over 3 months and I have yet to receive any documents. I also contacted the office to have a manager call me to address the issue, I am still waiting, no call back
