I have gone to this office for almost 4 years. I love and depend on my therapist Rachelle and enjoyed my Psych Alissa until she left. Their care has been life changing and while I’m sad Alissa left the practice to follow her passion, I hope to see Ray for many years to come. If you're going to do couples therapy here DO NOT GO to Ednina, she will only ask one partner their history then give that partner a diagnosis. highly DO NOT RECCOMEND for couples therapy. Go elsewhere.
The session was very professional and informative in the beginning, when I requested for my child’s treatment assessments (twice) I was notified it would take up to 30 days. It has been over 3 months and I have yet to receive any documents. I also contacted the office to have a manager call me to address the issue, I am still waiting, no call back
You have your first appointment, pay take the time to met all for the therapist not have your availability, they should have availability on the website.
LifeStance has been great at helping me get through a rough time. I matched with a really great therapist and I'm so lucky and blessed for that. Thank you. Therapy is great. We all should give therapy a try.
