I have gone to this office for almost 4 years. I love and depend on my therapist Rachelle and enjoyed my Psych Alissa until she left. Their care has been life changing and while I’m sad Alissa left the practice to follow her passion, I hope to see Ray for many years to come. They were not transparent about the cost of services, especially if you are paying out of pocket. There is little communication on what is covered under insurance and what is not; in addition, there are several additional charges that never seemed to make sense. Take your services elsewhere.
Stephen Sullivan has been GREAT. Stephen wasted no time and from our first session, provided excellent tools to assist me in becoming a better me. My experience with LifeStance has been nothing but excellence. From the receptionists to billing, LifeStance truly aims to serve their clients.
I have been working with Sarah Ritter for quite some time now. She understands my needs and always makes sure to go through everything very thoroughly which I appreciate. The staff at LifeStance is so welcoming and very informative. Love how accommodating they are!
