I've only had two meetings but I feel at peace with the counselor and everyone I've come across!!! The office is friendly and clean!! So glad I chose LifeStance Therapists & Psychiatrist Chicago!!! Hurray for me!
I saw Dr. Marc Sandrolini, a psychiatrist at this location, last November because I wanted tested for autism or ADHD. Basically, I sat in this dude’s office for, like, an hour and rattled off my various concerns, only for him to suggest that I was “probably fine” and should just seek therapy services instead. This struck me as odd and a bit disappointing, though I figured he knew better than me as a professional. I have gone to this office for almost 4 years. I love and depend on my therapist Rachelle and enjoyed my Psych Alissa until she left. Their care has been life changing and while I’m sad Alissa left the practice to follow her passion, I hope to see Ray for many years to come. I have been working with Sarah Ritter for quite some time now. She understands my needs and always makes sure to go through everything very thoroughly which I appreciate. The staff at LifeStance is so welcoming and very informative. Love how accommodating they are!
