From what I understand is that this is a company that outsources all of their patients to doctors. The doctors do not work directly for them if I'm understanding them correctly. Me initial sign up process is horrible and you're not guaranteed to have your therapist actually join the meeting, in my case it was virtual. If you miss any type of appointment you will have to pay a fee but there's no ownership on the company's part for wasting your time if the therapist misses the meeting. Absolute joke of an operation…. Canceled my appointment without any explanation or reason, and didn’t even notify me until I had to call the office to ask about my appointment the day before. They said they left me a voicemail, however the voicemail is 12 seconds long and cuts off after they say they are with lifestance health. Absolute joke…. If you want someone who cares, this is not the service to use
My therapist has helped me more than any other therapist I’ve had in the last 20 years and I’ve only had her for 6 months.
Mrs. Lang is the most genuine and thorough Psychiatrist I have ever had. Her bed side manners are impeccable and there is an air of sincerity in her words, her eyes and her empathetic tone. I’ve never had someone care so much about the quality of my medication regiment, rather than just arbitrarily chose a medicine without considering risks. I recommend Mrs. Lang to anyone who is in desperate need of quality care. Bravo ma’am! Alex
It was impossible to even schedule an appointment without using their online system, which was extremely invasive, insecure, and disturbing to navigate. The clinician I saw seemed very good, but the software they require is just not worth it. It was so bad I changed psychiatrists. Perhaps I'm mentally ill, but I think Lifestance is altogether predatory. Resist this conglomerate at all costs, if my review means anything to you.
