I have no issues with the staff at this location, they were kind, friendly, and did fine. I have an issue with corporate. After calling and getting told they can't give me a specific cost, I assumed between $100-$200 as that's what I've seen in doing some research. Then I got a bill for just short of $300. It takes around 40 minutes to get on the phone with their billing call center.
I love my therapist. She’s amazing. So understanding and doesn’t rush me. Also she’s very kind and she’s like my homegirl frl… Scheduling is easy to do. They send you a text message to confirm your apt and all you have to do is put in your date of birth and what street you live on, and then you’re done. I truly feel cared for by Laura Ramos. Never have I experienced such genuine compassion and cared for. Laura’s knowledge is outstanding on what a human being needs to thrive and communicate.
I was able to get in to see my requested therapist within 2 weeks. That's pretty amazing nowadays.
Very pleasant every thing worked well and all employees from referral, receptionist and therapist were professional and top notch
