The ice cold toxic energy by the women in the billing office is disheartening. I'm very angry that I found a great therapist, but I was unable to continue because of shady billing situation. These empty souls have zero empathy or concern for patients. They only care about money money money for their company. I have no issues with the staff at this location, they were kind, friendly, and did fine. I have an issue with corporate. After calling and getting told they can't give me a specific cost, I assumed between $100-$200 as that's what I've seen in doing some research. Then I got a bill for just short of $300. It takes around 40 minutes to get on the phone with their billing call center.

I love my therapist. She’s amazing. So understanding and doesn’t rush me. Also she’s very kind and she’s like my homegirl frl… Scheduling is easy to do. They send you a text message to confirm your apt and all you have to do is put in your date of birth and what street you live on, and then you’re done. There’s a survey that pops up every time but you don’t actually have to fill it out every time. As long as it says “apt confirmed” or something like that then you’re good. So it is really easy. Zero stars for this company. My wife called to make an appointment for me to see a psychologist for psychological testing. We were told they accept both of my insurances but they couldnt access my name with one of them, because they kept inputting my info incorrectly. I then called the insurance to make sure I was covered which I was. We were told they would call us back within 48 hours to remedy the problem,but never called us. I was able to get in to see my requested therapist within 2 weeks. That's pretty amazing nowadays.
