They used to have online booking that wasn't so complicated Now they have a new booking system. It literally takes 20 minutes to get into your session And then they changed it. I'm a Medicaid patient and I got kicked out of my session because I didn't want to put my credit card down This is absolutely absurd for Medicaid patients I was late for my appointment because she had to manually send me the link. Even my therapist is upset about this freesia booking system
This year, I had an incredibly, life changing mental health experience. Having Adriana as my therapist has been so incredibly helpful. She is a very good active listener, she’s thorough and detailed, very professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, has empathy, supportive, she cares so much about helping people, she’s very honest and has so much integrity. I could easily say more! I really am so thankful and blessed having her as my therapist and I seriously could not have asked for a better therapist!
These people should be ashamed. They double bill, won't determine insurance copays, and then, no matter how many times you call, you can't work out the fact you have overpaid by a lot. I need a therapist to help me work through the ptsd of dealing with these scammers.
