HORRIBLE AWEFUL I was supposed to have a twelve thirty online appointment. They sent me a link at twelve twenty with about twenty minutes of annoying questions which should have been sent to me a week earlier to get through them all. After 20 minutes of answering questions, it said connect to your appointment.So I hit connect. And I waited , and I waited , and I waited , and I waited..... 45 minutes later NO ONE was there!!! I CALLED TWICE. EACH TIME I GOT REDIRECTED AND ALL I GOT WAS ANOTHER VOICEMAIL.!!!!! I DON'T KNOW HOW... read more

It’s taken me years to find a solid therapist. Through Lifestance, I have finally found one that I really feel I connect with, who listens and hears me, who communicates in a way that feels both direct yet compassionate. I’ve had to contact the main office for questions in several occasions, and have always had a good experience. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience from the get go! I spoke with Miss Holiday to schedule my appointment, she made me feel at home and comfortable talking about personal details. She went above and beyond to help me with a time and therapist that would work for me! She was fantastic!
