I had a fantastic experience from the get go! I spoke with Miss Holiday to schedule my appointment, she made me feel at home and comfortable talking about personal details. She went above and beyond to help me with a time and therapist that would work for me! She was fantastic!

My therapist is amazing and really helpful! Working with the billing department is ridiculous. When you call you have the option for the automated service to hold your spot in line. I haven't received a call back in weeks just to update my automatic payment method. No one calls you back, so I wouldn't bother trying.
I was referred to them by another therapy provider as Lifestance accepts my insurance. Then I worked with a wonderful therapist who helped me with my anxiety and issues that kept coming up for me. Now I’m currently working with another therapist who’s helping me with my negative thinking and pull myself from all or nothing thinking. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or family member.
Very helpful support. I have noticed a positive difference in my mental state and mood. Lifestance has support for lots of insurance types, which I learned in finding a behavioral therapist. For the most part, visitation is very flexible, but I wish there was Saturday support. Scheduling is easy over the phone, but last I tried the online scheduler was not working.
