It’s taken me years to find a solid therapist. Through Lifestance, I have finally found one that I really feel I connect with, who listens and hears me, who communicates in a way that feels both direct yet compassionate. I’ve had to contact the main office for questions in several occasions, and have always had a good experience. Highly recommend!
Psychiatrist Susan Chapman at the east side location was the sweetest person I’ve ever met. I felt so heard and understood.
My therapist is great. Online booking doesn’t work and billing is a nightmare. It takes months and numerous messages back and forth to get LifeStance to bill my EAP correctly.
I had a fantastic experience from the get go! I spoke with Miss Holiday to schedule my appointment, she made me feel at home and comfortable talking about personal details. She went above and beyond to help me with a time and therapist that would work for me! She was fantastic!
