It’s taken me years to find a solid therapist. Through Lifestance, I have finally found one that I really feel I connect with, who listens and hears me, who communicates in a way that feels both direct yet compassionate. My therapist is great. Online booking doesn’t work and billing is a nightmare. It takes months and numerous messages back and forth to get LifeStance to bill my EAP correctly.
My psychiatrist was an amazing woman that actually cared and she didn’t even know who I was , made me feel safe and comfortable
