One star is too many. Can’t complain enough about the incompetence… billing is difficult because you talk to peoples overseas… the therapists are constantly late or canceling due to out of office… thru don’t understand how insurance works. They won’t send paper bills. They deserve negative stars.
Life stance helped me find a therapist and start sessions in less than a week during the hardest time to get a new therapist. I was looking for a therapist and my roommate suggested I look through LifeStance, immediately I got paired with a therapist that fit me perfectly. Now I suggest LifeStance to anyone who is looking for a therapist and is on Colorado’s state health insurance. It sincerely helped me out, and LifeStance was malleable when my insurance wasn’t working super effectively. 10/10 experience
I really like the option of video appointments. And even tho it was my first visit, it went really well with therapist I chose. She seems real down to earth & also with the experience I think I need for my situation. ... Only thing that needs work is the portal you fill out the paperwork at. That was hard to get done.
