I love the ease of the online forms instead of filling out paperwork at the office. I know a lot of practices do it this way now, but this was particularly user friendly. Friendly staff. Professional and courteous. I felt valued, cared for and listened to. Can't really ask much more.
While their magnet therapy program is excellent, the admin staff is not. I was scheduled for an introductionary video with a psychiatrist. Leading up to the appt I twice asked for directions on setting up the video call They don't use zoom. No one ever answered me until I asked by phone 5 min before call. There was no reason to ignore my previous requests. I've been double billed as well. I'm dreading trying to get this point across. Good program and doctor but no customer service that I can see.
I enjoy my relationship with Life Stance Health. My care provider Dr. Michelle Dade is fabulous! She is easy, comfortably and understands what you are in need of. She was the second care provider I reached out to here in Georgia, and I only attended a session my first Choice once then I found her. If you are in need of assistance don’t be ashamed or hesitate to reach out.
I missed an appointment and was charged $100 missed appointment fee. There are no grace period. I felt like that was very unfair. The therapist can call you the same day appointments and reschedule, but it’s not OK for you. I understand life happens, but that grace should be extended to the patient as well or at least a one-time courtesy.
First off I had no issues with the providers they where both wonderful. Unfortunately they have changed the way you check in for appointments and pay for appointments and not only did I find it redundant, but it also has left a huge gap in payment history. None of they systems they are using work with each other. I receive invoices for copays that were paid months ago, when I go and look at my payment history I have no receipts since they changed to this new systems, back in 1/2025.
