I had an excellent experience with my provider today. She was incredibly attentive and really took the time to listen to me, which is something I truly value and find rare in healthcare. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and made me feel comfortable sharing my concerns. I never felt rushed, and I left the appointment feeling heard, understood, and confident in the plan moving forward. I genuinely trust her care and appreciate the time and attention she gave me.

While their magnet therapy program is excellent, the admin staff is not. I was scheduled for an introductionary video with a psychiatrist. Leading up to the appt I twice asked for directions on setting up the video call They don't use zoom. No one ever answered me until I asked by phone 5 min before call. There was no reason to ignore my previous requests. I've been double billed as well. I'm dreading trying to get this point across. Good program and doctor but no customer service that I can see.

Great experience, Dr. German Reyes is very knowledgeable, very kind and friendly, 100% recommended! Video call was perfect, no issues whatsoever 10/10. (Bilingual English-Spanish)
