I go for Ketamine therapy. Dinal is wonderful. She takes our vitals gives us the Spravato. She's very nice and friendly. Heather Mendoza is my provider. She's wonderful too. I'm so glad I'm going to this clinic. I've had only positive experiences.

LifeStance is a large organization, and it often feels like no one actually knows who you are. Every interaction with the staff requires starting over and re-explaining your situation. Communication between providers and administrative staff appears inefficient and disconnected. Appointments are delayed, virtual visits sometimes fail to connect, and when you finally meet with your provider, important information such as test results may not have been uploaded or made available (Happend to me twice). My time with LeAsha is my only time I feel safe and able to be myself. she listens to me and knows me well. She is helping me deal with a very traumatizing grief. She is wise and kind and wonderful. I am very grateful to have her.

I love it. With Lifestance, I have gotten the help I need with the follow up visits to make sure it’s working for me . Ms Mendoza is very caring and making sure I keep doing great on our telemedicine calls.

Dinal Raval is great for looking after her patients. She is helpful guiding you back to normal. Mona, Lisa, and everyone I've interacted with have been patient and kind with my needs. They help with MDD, PTSD, anxiety, and much more. They are excellent in mental health, probably the best I've been with by far!
