My daughter was seen by a provider. Lifestance provided services. As part of the treatment my daughter needed accommodation letter for school. Lifestance refused to release the letter without charging $50 fee which goes to our coinsurance and we essentially pay this out of pocket. We do not appreciate Lifestance buckle and dime us. I myself am a physician and I have written doctor notes to hundreds of patients . It’s part of taking care of the patient. We are requesting a refund.

I’ve had problems recently with my provider showing up for the appointment we had.The past 2 appmnts I’ve remained in the waiting room 45 minutes and she hasn’t appeared. I don’t know if it’s a technical problem with the Vsee Clinic app or what.I didn’t have this problem with another Lifestance provider. I’ve also sent a msg thru the website to the provider about this and received no response.

I have been with my psychiatrist for 2 years now and my mental health has never been better. Their quality of care is phenomenal at Lifestance.

There was a bit of back and forward with a couple of practitioners. After this was taken care of I feel the care itself has been much better. They have great resources and help to guide along the way.

I like being able to do virtual. But the think I didn't like was that you only send a text. I have a dr that on virtual someone calls me first to let me know that the Dr is fixing to call me. So Kristi Hill fired me as a patient. So I therefore decided upon my own that I NO LONGER need to see a pyschiatrist. I am going to wean myself off medications I have left and no longer see a dr. I can handle this myself.
