Wonderful doctors, beyond terrible customer service. I enjoyed my sessions with my therapist however I sadly had to stop because Lifestance refused to bill my correct insurance. The billing department is non existent and 10 months later I’m still fighting to get the issue resolved. I’d highly suggest finding care elsewhere.
Dr. Fidelis Atianjoh just wants to collect money. He arranges visits but only to make appointments for next time. He’s not honest. He spoke ill of last patient to me. No privacy. I called them several about this visit, they said they would take care of it. Three months past, nobody gets back to me.
Had my first appointment today an for once I feel like there's light at the end of the tunnel. Glad I chose lifestance I felt like I was heard an taken seriously wasn't rushed through she took her time to ask questions and come to a diagnosis and that to me is greatly appreciated.
I switched to Lifestance health about 6 or 7 years ago and having the telehealth option is amazing and they have in person too!! I am very comfortable and the doctors are amazing and very empathetic to your needs. I trust them so much that my daughter now sees them as well. Highly recommend!!
This was my first initial visit with Naomi Constantine and she did a very thorough history and I was pleased with my first visit. I look forward to working with her to get better.
