This is a reflection of the company and office staff. The treating professionals are great, but the rest of their staff is unprofessional, surly, rude, and does not seek to help. They are mad they even have to talk to you despite their portal not working reliably, and even their staff supervisor has a singular goal of hanging up on you so she can go back to her cell phone. Can’t say enough good about LifeStance. My nurse practitioner is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, empathetic, and compassionate. And she listens, and advises. She’s helped me get on track, and doing well.
Very knowledgeable and understanding nurse practitioner. I appreciated the odd hours video call. The office staff were pleasant and easy to talk to.
My experience at LifeStance in Annapolis, MD has been great. Therapy and psychiatry have both been awesome, as the providers care about their patients.
