I’ll be honest—reaching out for therapy in the first place was one of the hardest parts for me. It takes a lot to admit you need support, make the appointment, arrange your schedule, and mentally prepare yourself to show up. My first appointment was canceled because I had somehow been scheduled on Memorial Day, a federal holiday. I was contacted and told it was a scheduling error. She and the staff at LifeStance Health use a holistic approach to managing your overall wellbeing and life situation. Patricia is awesome. My first contact with her was reasonable. I don’t understand why she doesn’t show up on the appointment time online. We signed in at 7;03 because you have to complete some questions prior to your appointment and she was not on. I tried calling and the office was closed. This the second time and no one calls to find out why you were not able to make it. They charge you. Customer service doesn’t want to tell me how to rate them. Horrible.
