Been here several times. Can never log in from the check in booth. Today I had an appointment at 2pm. Checked in at 2. System said can't find my appointment today. Front desk said it's fine it's because there was no new paperwork to be done. I sat there and wait with my 14 month old, trying to keep her entertained. After 50 minutes, asked again, front desk said they thought my appointment was at 3pm. They told me I just didn't pop up in their system therefore I will have to be rescheduled. A wonderful experience and today was my first appointment. I already feel so cared for and feel confident that I am finally with a practice that operates in an organized manner with the patient needs at the forefront of their focus. I could not be happier to have found this practice.
I see Jasmine Malone and have NEVER been happier and more comfortable with a psychiatrist. She really listens and tries to consider every factor when adjusting/choosing my meds. It’s the first time I’ve felt comfortable and confident in the process!
