Patricia is awesome. My first contact with her was reasonable. I don’t understand why she doesn’t show up on the appointment time online. We signed in at 7;03 because you have to complete some questions prior to your appointment and she was not on. I tried calling and the office was closed. This the second time and no one calls to find out why you were not able to make it. They charge you. Customer service doesn’t want to tell me how to rate them. Horrible. Natashia is amazing. She makes you feel special. She is a wonderful listener and seems to care about what I say. Also, the staff that checks you in does so with a sincere smile and such a pleasant attitude. I am so pleased that they were referred to me.
I’ll be honest—reaching out for therapy in the first place was one of the hardest parts for me. It takes a lot to admit you need support, make the appointment, arrange your schedule, and mentally prepare yourself to show up. My first appointment was canceled because I had somehow been scheduled on Memorial Day, a federal holiday. I was contacted and told it was a scheduling error. Caroline is outstanding to work with. She has done wonders for my PTSD, Anxiety and Depression since she has been treating me. I really like Lifestance! I have referred them to.some of coworkers!
Making my initial appointment was easy and my first assessment was thorough. I appreciated my therapist's willingness to let me tell my story, and giving me prompts when I got stuck. The facility is immaculate and the quiet setting was very helpful in trying to relax and think.
