Jasmine at Life Stance is amazing! She listens to my concerns and is compassionate and understanding. I’ve struggled from a young age with my mental health and have been working with Jasmine for about a year and we finally have found a medication regimen that works for me. I finally feel like a “normal” person and can function normally. I have been to numerous people through out my life and finally found someone who has helped me tremendously. I will forever be thankful for you, Jasmine!
Easy to book and pleasant experience with customer support wish they worked better with cancellation policy and the price for cancelled appointment just increased but sometimes that’s out of your control life happens appointments get cancelled. My provider is great tho!
My Provider has a habit of showing up late consistently or canceling the day of. Additionally, my Provider cuts my appts short to get caught up. I had an appt in June. My Provider never logged in so after waiting approx 20 mins, I finally called the office. They verified she was at work but couldn’t tell me when she’d be able to login. So at that point, I requested to reschedule it since I have to use PTO to attend my appts. A week later I got billed for being a “no show”. I tried to dispute it and it got denied. Jus... read more

Veteran Hospital referral to this contractor. Arrived at 1:50 PM for a 2 PM appointment. A nicely decorated but empty office. No front desk clerk, but, a sign that read, “ check in on the electronic Kiosk” . So I did, and waited, waited, and waited. No one came out, no receptionist, no doctor, no other patients were there. I left without because being seen. A waste of personal work hours from my job. Now I have a wait weeks to get an appointment with another health care provider.
