i absolutely love my therapist marie! she is so supportive and so sweet she helps me so much! going to her with my issues and having her love and support along with her always listening makes me feel so heard and valued! she truly is the best wouldn’t ever ask for a better therapist:)

Worst service I have ever received there! They told me that based on my insurence which is Medicaid’s silver that I have to pay upfront they never gave me an issue about it before and I did the online check in and she told me I never did it and that’s the only way to check in with them otherwise they will cancel your appointment! I will never go back with LifeStance again. My psychiatrist and the company as a whole are good people I have no ill feelings towards them however, Regardless of them claiming to accept my TWO insurances I have, I still ended up paying 150$ for my first appointment.. okay, that’s not too bad. Then, my second appointment bill comes and it’s 238$? So, I paid 400$ just to talk to someone for 15 mins and all they did was prescribe me lexapro? I have been a patient here for over a year, called to make an appointment and was actually told that there’s no availability with anyone at any location at all. Good to know that after a year of figuring out the right medication I have to start all over again with a new doctor because of how helpless lifestance is to their patients. This is the worst psychiatrist office I’ve ever dealt with and I will be looking for a reliable office elsewhere.
