My therapist, Stephanie, is phenomenal thus far. The booking process was terrible in the beginning. I booked an appointment online during a critical period and my appointment did not exist. I then had someone in the office tell me, “Oh yeah, sometimes that doesn’t work,” as if expecting an appointment and then being disappointed by not having one AT ALL is not detrimental to an already struggling psyche. So, two stories going on there. My therapist seems genuine and educated and capable, and that’s the important part.

i absolutely love my therapist marie! she is so supportive and so sweet she helps me so much! going to her with my issues and having her love and support along with her always listening makes me feel so heard and valued! she truly is the best wouldn’t ever ask for a better therapist:)

Worst service I have ever received there! They told me that based on my insurence which is Medicaid’s silver that I have to pay upfront they never gave me an issue about it before and I did the online check in and she told me I never did it and that’s the only way to check in with them otherwise they will cancel your appointment! I will never go back with LifeStance again. I told the lady that my insurence will cover for 10.00 it would cost me for a therapist and wanted to get with one instead of her recommending me one of h... read more

My psychiatrist and the company as a whole are good people I have no ill feelings towards them however, Regardless of them claiming to accept my TWO insurances I have, I still ended up paying 150$ for my first appointment.. okay, that’s not too bad. Then, my second appointment bill comes and it’s 238$? So, I paid 400$ just to talk to someone for 15 mins and all they did was prescribe me lexapro? I don’t know where to begin. This place lacks professionalism and accountability on every level. I was surprised to see it rated so highly, then receiving such poor service and communication. To begin, it is near impossible to get ahold of anyone at the actual location you are attempting to schedule an appointment with. You are clearly talking to a call center of some sort when you schedule. The person putting in my information put in incorrect info. multiple times.
