i absolutely love my therapist marie! she is so supportive and so sweet she helps me so much! going to her with my issues and having her love and support along with her always listening makes me feel so heard and valued! she truly is the best wouldn’t ever ask for a better therapist:)

Worst service I have ever received there! They told me that based on my insurence which is Medicaid’s silver that I have to pay upfront they never gave me an issue about it before and I did the online check in and she told me I never did it and that’s the only way to check in with them otherwise they will cancel your appointment! I will never go back with LifeStance again. My psychiatrist and the company as a whole are good people I have no ill feelings towards them however, Regardless of them claiming to accept my TWO insurances I have, I still ended up paying 150$ for my first appointment.. okay, that’s not too bad. Then, my second appointment bill comes and it’s 238$? So, I paid 400$ just to talk to someone for 15 mins and all they did was prescribe me lexapro? I don’t know where to begin. This place lacks professionalism and accountability on every level. I was surprised to see it rated so highly, then receiving such poor service and communication. To begin, it is near impossible to get ahold of anyone at the actual location you are attempting to schedule an appointment with. You are clearly talking to a call center of some sort when you schedule. The person putting in my information put in incorrect info. multiple times. I was forced to pay close to $600 before my insurance was submitted. My insurance paid most of that bill amount. I have been calling LifeStance's billing department for 10 months asking for reimbursement of my overpayment, over $500 . I was told in September that I would receive a check from them in 2-3 months.
