They sent a text asking me about my booking experience. I was sent here through the Veterans Affairs community care network outreach services. Usually a very smooth amazing experience to have since the VA is very accommodating, i assumed the care sought here would be better. After my first appointment with Rachel, I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. This company only cares about the money. My first doctors appointment at this location was virtual. The NP had to cut my appointment short because she had a personal appointment . When I go In the office on my second visit was literally told by The NP to go get the money and come back tomorrow concerning the copay. As if I didn’t have the money…. My therapist, Stephanie, is phenomenal thus far. The booking process was terrible in the beginning. I booked an appointment online during a critical period and my appointment did not exist. I then had someone in the office tell me, “Oh yeah, sometimes that doesn’t work,” as if expecting an appointment and then being disappointed by not having one AT ALL is not detrimental to an already struggling psyche. So, two stories going on there. My therapist seems genuine and educated and capable, and that’s the important part.

Worst service I have ever received there! They told me that based on my insurence which is Medicaid’s silver that I have to pay upfront they never gave me an issue about it before and I did the online check in and she told me I never did it and that’s the only way to check in with them otherwise they will cancel your appointment! I will never go back with LifeStance again.
