They sent a text asking me about my booking experience. I was sent here through the Veterans Affairs community care network outreach services. Usually a very smooth amazing experience to have since the VA is very accommodating, i assumed the care sought here would be better. My therapist, Stephanie, is phenomenal thus far. The booking process was terrible in the beginning. I booked an appointment online during a critical period and my appointment did not exist. I then had someone in the office tell me, “Oh yeah, sometimes that doesn’t work,” as if expecting an appointment and then being disappointed by not having one AT ALL is not detrimental to an already struggling psyche. So, two stories going on there. My therapist seems genuine and educated and capable, and that’s the important part.

Today was my very first session at LifeStance. I've had years of built up emotions, and as soon as I sat down and was asked what brings you in, I lost it and started sobbing. My first session was mostly talking about work stress. Jeffrey was very kind and funny.

I have been seeing Courtney for nearly 4 years. She is the first mental health care professional I had ever been taken care of by and I couldn’t imagine having anyone else providing my treatment. Lifestance needs to hang onto her, because I will go wherever she’s practicing.

i absolutely love my therapist marie! she is so supportive and so sweet she helps me so much! going to her with my issues and having her love and support along with her always listening makes me feel so heard and valued! she truly is the best wouldn’t ever ask for a better therapist:)
