The doctor I met with was extremely helpful, asked insightful questions, listened with care to my answers and helped me understand myself in ways I’ve been trying to figure out for years and established an excellent follow up care routine that works with my busy schedule. All around excellent care that far exceeded my expectations.
my experiences with Randy Hart (3+ years) and my new therapist Heather Volkman, (only a few months now) have been exceptional, and since I personally have had ongoing therapy since I was 12 I'm a pretty good judge. BUT you will only get as much out of therapy as you bring to it. In other words, "they" don't have your answers and "they" can't "fix it." They do Not accept Medicaid and will not allow self pay because Medicaid is active. Mental health should not be inaccessible for children just because they are lower income.
My actual therapist is/was wonderful, but this company is one of the worst healthcare companies I’ve ever dealt with. Their billing system is so convoluted and corrupt that I’m surprised they’re still in business. They rarely provide an actual bill showing the date of service my co-pay is for, even when asked directly. They were double billing for my sessions for months even after I had called and updated my insurance, so were collecting payment from my commercial insurance AND medicaid for MONTHS.
