They charged my wife $125 for a "late cancelation fee". She showed up on time for the zoom meeting with doctor Jennifer Ulrich. Feeling zero connection due to counsler hardly communicating and was rude/occupied with something in background. She politely let the counsler know after 5 Minutes of meeting, that she did not feel comfortable with the zoom call and ended. Beware of this company and counsler. They will have any reasoning to charge incorrectly and not provide the service/environment needed.
Patricia Alvarez was very kind, attentive, spent an hour with me for first visit. She did a great job of making me feel safe and un anxious .
I had a great first meeting with my psychiatrist at first I thought it would be strange to meet a new doctor online, but it worked out really well. The call went seamless was very reassuring and I’m excited to continue to work with her.
The therapists are great but LifeStance is a conglomerate that acquired a bunch of smaller practices and they grew way too large too quickly, and without the technology infrastructure and business processes to support the growth. INTAKE. We filled out detailed intake forms for our son online and once submitted, they just vanished and we kept getting notices to fill them out. My experience has been smooth from the start. My appointment with Dr.Ibekwe was amazing. I felt heard and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m so happy my friend recommended LifeStance. It is of the upmost importance for me to find quality care for my mental health. I’m looking forward to feeling better. If you’re on the fence about this place, just call. You’ll be happy you did.
