The Life Stance is experience was amazing. Dr. Lakeisha Hamilton is wonderful and I so appreciate her professionalism, hospitality and attention to detail.
My only issue was it was impossible for me to complete the process on my android phone. The system would send a code and each time , (4×) i could not return to the page where the code needed to be input.
Your system is infuriating. Btw there front desk opens at 9am, not 8am. Front desk is generally helpful despite the system though.
- LAKEISHA HAMILTON - 1. Was a no-show for my first telehealth appointment. I filled everything out, I was on time, I waited 45min. I rescheduled with Lifestance the team over the phone (they're nice people, the only reason for an extra star) 2. She cancelled my rescheduled appointment - without notice. I only found out when I tried to join that it was cancelled. I phoned Lifestance again, they couldn't find any notes, info or notice the the "deleted" appointment. I have really had a good experience with my therapist. I am grateful for her. Additionally, my son sees a therapist for autism therapies and a psychiatric nurse practitioner for medication management. We could not be happier with Lifestance, overall.
