This was my very first session ever having a therapist and I must say, it felt so good to talk about things that I have been dealing with and keeping inside for years. Mental health is so very important. I look forward to my further sessions.
I was frustrated and needed some assistance. The moment I walked in Teresia greeted me and began to look into my situation. She assured me that she will follow up. Each time we spoke she would interact with etiquette and-professionalism. .
Scheduled a therapy appointment and it was awful the lady kept fidgeting and looking all around like she was on drugs or in a rush. Also she kept checking her phone. She didn't seem engaged in the conversation. The Quality of people working for life stance has changed drastically. Everyone just working for a check no passion in the mental health field anymore.
Easy check in process and my session felt like I was talking with a friend from the first hello.
