This is the best digest office I’ve ever been to you have the ability to either be online or in person which is always a great idea everybody from the first person who answers the phone to your therapist or psychiatrist is amazing nice sweet. This is a well Run office.
Michelle Stanley is the best! She’s very knowledgeable and what she doesn’t know she’ll ask someone who does and get back with you! She talks to you like you’re a person and explains things in a way you’ll understand. She’s very supportive and actually listens to what you tell her. I highly recommend her!
I would give this place less stars if I could. Extremely unhelpful in all aspects of customer service and patient care. Literally canceled on me (my first appointment) as I am walking out the door. When I asked to reschedule they transferred me around a couple times before finally telling me. We can’t reschedule your patient with this provider OR ANY provider for 3 months. They basically just dared me to hang up at that point. Absolutely wild
The services might be ok, but the billing it absolutely TERRIBLE! They take too long to file claims, then charge you full price when the insurance company says they missed the deadline. It's hard to get a hold of anyone in the billing department so you get the run around. Then they often charged my card without my permission or notice for things my insurance company denied due to mistakes made by the billing department. If you want to keep your sanity, do not go here.
