From the very first session I had with Holly Ameen, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. She has such a kind, genuine, and understanding presence that makes it easy to open up and talk. Holly is truly amazing, she listens without judgment, offers thoughtful guidance, and has helped me see things in a new and positive way. I always leave our sessions feeling lighter, supported, and more confident in myself. I’m so grateful to have found her, she’s an incredible therapist and person!
Michelle Stanley at LifeStance is awesome. She is easily available. I like the telehealth option so I can stay in my home especially in winter! Easy to get my meds refilled by emailing.
It is really not easy to get consistent support, book an appointment, or find any info in the portal. The therapist no 1 cancelled several appointments without telling me, basically, not showing up, with no warning, even after the system collected payment am confirmed appointments- so I wasted time waiting, tracking him, and calling the office to get any information until finally a manager got involved and apologised. I have been working with Cheryl Cox, Belinda Walsh and Maria D. They have all helped me through some very challenging life situations. All three truly care about their patients wellbeing and mental health. I am a healthier happier more confident person because of these amazing women.
