Michelle Stanley at LifeStance is awesome. She is easily available. I like the telehealth option so I can stay in my home especially in winter! Easy to get my meds refilled by emailing.
It is really not easy to get consistent support, book an appointment, or find any info in the portal. The therapist no 1 cancelled several appointments without telling me, basically, not showing up, with no warning, even after the system collected payment am confirmed appointments- so I wasted time waiting, tracking him, and calling the office to get any information until finally a manager got involved and apologised.
