Only provider office I have ever had that has this many issues with filling scripts but has no issues billing you for your visits. The “help team” is disrespectful, has no interest in helping you solve the problem and hangs up on you when they don’t hear something they like. It’s truly astonishing how bad the process is to get simple medication you’re better off going somewhere else and save the headache
Michelle Stanley at LifeStance is awesome. She is easily available. I like the telehealth option so I can stay in my home especially in winter! Easy to get my meds refilled by emailing.
It is really not easy to get consistent support, book an appointment, or find any info in the portal. The therapist no 1 cancelled several appointments without telling me, basically, not showing up, with no warning, even after the system collected payment am confirmed appointments- so I wasted time waiting, tracking him, and calling the office to get any information until finally a manager got involved and apologised. From the very first session I had with Holly Ameen, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. She has such a kind, genuine, and understanding presence that makes it easy to open up and talk. Holly is truly amazing, she listens without judgment, offers thoughtful guidance, and has helped me see things in a new and positive way.
