Excellent, and very insightful. Much needed because the VA does not provide mental health therapy nor with any consistency as one would expect. Only limited at best, quality-wise or consistency-wise. LifeStance is excellent, and has people fully qualified. (I’m not putting down the V.A., as they have good, conscientious people there). They simply don’t have the funding they need. I’m so proud of myself for making a choice to make my life better for myself. And I’m very happy that I found a place that I have been going to for almost a year now and can see a change in myself and that’s priceless. If you’re looking to make changes that are positive in your life for yourself, contact them. Because the ripple effect is Beyond amazing. All the work that you do on yourself will positively affect everyone you Know and love. Putting yourself first does not selfish when it comes to your mental health.

Ms. B has been a big help for me since she’s became my therapist. She is helping me in ways that going to help me become everything I set out to be. I love speaking with her, she makes me feel good and loved inside. I’m very thankful God put her in my life. She was one of the missing pieces on my journey to being a greater me. I can’t wait to see her next week, I already have a lot to speak to her about lol sometimes that hour goes by a little to fast for me. I love my therapist and the work that I've done with her over the last couple months, but my main issue with the billing side of things. They send statements way too late, to the point where you can't even accurately keep up with what session you've been charged with. They also do not have any way for you to even see your balance before and after your payments.
