I have been a patience at LifeStance for about three years now and thus far the experience has been relatively positive. The only issue I have ran in to has been getting my medication when I run out. Previously I had an appointment scheduled a week after my medication ran out and the doctor knew this from the time they scheduled my appointment. Had mic issues connecting due to browser settings. Once I finally got it fixed and got on (while on the phone with receptionist) I saw the provider as I was talking on the phone she looked up at me, and rushed off cam sending me this message (see attachment). I wasn't aware a mic issue was grounds for a doctor to dismiss you as a patient when you've never met before. I've actually never heard of this place before I found them through Google. My therapist Lamika Harper Shelton is awesome. She is knowledgeable, personable and very caring. She gives great therapeutic direction. I have no issue getting appointments from either my therapist or psychiatrist as I need them.
I'm really thankful for Dr. Neil Talon. Dr. Talon helped me to cross a gray moment in my life and bring me back to the right track. I fully recommend this outstanding professional.
