I love my new doctor! At first I was nervous but everything was so easy to do and my doctor is one who cares. It's a really nice so and office. Thank you
Telehealth appointments are frequently early by 15 to 30 minutes. You need to be proactive and talk about any issues that you are having because if you don't she will not ask. Appointments rarely break the 5 minute mark and it feels like they just want to move on to the next patient.
The Psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioners, as well as billing are terrible. Curtis Leipold (nurse) is one I would definately stay away from. He asked no questions, looked annoyed and bothered, and decided he knew better than MY DRs. The DR I was seeing for over a year sadly had to leave for medical reasons. LIFESTANCE changed my provider to This nurse who had a horrible manor, I did not feel comfortable at any time. He lacked professionalism. EDIT: lots of reviews state Curtis Leipold looked uninterested in the client and what they were saying. That's my experience too. It seems working in the hospital psych unit has jaded Curtis to his job. I can't stop thinking about how he took no interest in learning about me. Avoid at all cost. I just got a text message to leave a review! It says if it's a bad review to contact them directly first to make it right. Lol! Not possible, this guy has zero empathy. I just switched to Lifestance from a different practice. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful. My new NP is fantastic. I should have gone to him from the start. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for one.
