I have had nothing but AMAZING experiences while working with Alejandro! Not only can he relate to my culture, I feel like he relates directly to me. Silly to say but he cares so much that I almost feel like I am his only patient. I know it's not true but he really does care. I don't feel like he's just doing his job, I feel like this is something more for him than just that. I'm so lucky he's my psychiatrist. He's pretty incredible.

I feel truly cared for by my Dr. (Jami Gonzales) in the interesting and sometimes non-so- great world of Western Medicine. As for Western Medicine, it’s lucky to have the authenticity, empathy, and compassion- that should be felt any time any one is in her presence. My experience with Lifestance has been nothing but good, so far! Thank you, Jami! 🤓🧘‍♂️

Very annoyed, I finally took the step to contact help about my BFRB which is causing scarring. All I asked the receptionist was a simple question, do you know if this is a condition or symptom of a condition that is treatable at this location? And it became a heated conversation which ended with me having to hang up since we were getting no where. They refused to ask anyone, they refused to have someone call me with me more information, told me to read all the bios of every doctor on their website instead. Very rude unprofes... read more

I am so incredibly pleased with my team at Lifestance. They really listen to me and help me on my journey to mental wellness. I don’t feel like I’m on the behavioral health conveyor belt like I have so often in the past.
