It’s a scam, either that or they just don’t care. A week or two ago I scheduled an appointment, received email confirmation of it, did paperwork for it, took off work early for it, proceeded to get four emails to also confirm, became a LifeStance portal member, and then waited for 20 mins after my appointment time and no one answered. It was my first time seeing a psychiatrist in years and Lindsay has been great to work with! I got a couple new diagnoses and she’s helped me a ton with getting medicated and working to avoid side effects. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!
Provider was great. Came to him for a second opinion and consultation. Then the problems started. Missed my second appointment due to extenuating circumstances and got a bill for $100. Called and was told an exemption would be granted and I would be refunded. I got the bill and notification of autopay. Called, and they said they have no record of that and not to worry. Then on the date it said... I was charged. Called, was told it would be refunded. Two weeks later.. no refund. Finally after 5 weeks I was given a refund... read more
