I had my very first appointment with LifeStance scheduled for today at 7:00 PM. I arrived at the office, which was unlocked, and waited inside for over 10 minutes — but no one ever showed up. There was no staff, no signage, no communication. Just silence. It eventually became clear something was wrong, and when I tried to contact someone for answers, I couldn’t get through to anyone. Easy to book and find a therapist that you can talk to. I was able to easily book my appointment and give them all my personal info without having to fill out a lot of paperwork when I got there. I would recommend you giving them a try.
They stopped taking cash payments. I do not have a credit card. They do not care. Apparently they stopped taking cash payments for my convenience. If their idea of making my life easier is to take away my options then we are speaking different languages and I do not know what else they may take away for my convenience. You should think twice about going to these people. Then you should go elsewhere. I know I have
