I really enjoy the seamless process of Lifestance. My health provider in Ann Harbour is incredibly relatable and down to earth. Highly recommend - just make sure you listen properly to instructions on how to find the office in the building as it can be confusing (not enough signage from memory)
I saw Dr. Naaum and she’s absolutely great! I felt comfortable talking with her and felt like I’m going in a positive direction. She’s very personable and comforting.
I had my very first appointment with LifeStance scheduled for today at 7:00 PM. I arrived at the office, which was unlocked, and waited inside for over 10 minutes — but no one ever showed up. There was no staff, no signage, no communication. Just silence. It eventually became clear something was wrong, and when I tried to contact someone for answers, I couldn’t get through to anyone. Easy to book and find a therapist that you can talk to. I was able to easily book my appointment and give them all my personal info without having to fill out a lot of paperwork when I got there. I would recommend you giving them a try.
New to this practice, but my initial session was a positive experience. Office is very accessible, comfortable, looking forward to implementing the tools that will help me.
