I am beyond appalled on how this place is running and taking care of people dealing with behavioral health issues. I had my first appointment today and was told by one representative that I will get a call to my phone number then I see that there’s a telehealth call waiting room. I joined at which they said 11:07 however I know I was earlier. Either way it’s a 15 minute grace period before it is deemed a no show according to the law. LifeStance has some of the best therapists that help for everything thing you could be going through. OCD, anxiety, PTSD, etc.. the list goes on and on! They are always so nice with helping book appointments and get you the help you need
My wife and I have been attending sessions for about 8 months now and it has really strengthen our relationship and marriage. Justin our therapist is incredible. He so insightful, helpful and genuinely cares about our growth. I would recommend him to anyone.
I have begun the intake interview with Therapist Ms. Lapp and already am excited to continue my therapeutic journey with her help and guidance. She seems very enthusiastic, funny, and charismatic. I think having her as my therapist will be great. I sense working with her will be super beneficial.
