Katlyn is my therapist. She ask me questions and I talk. Then she begins to reflect on certain thoughts that I communicated to her. Kaylyn then has me speak on what I’m upset or happy with. It’s therapeutic and it’s a way for me to tell someone other than friends or family members who may be biased or close minded to have an unbiased ear.
Im glad I reached out for Therapy. It has helped me with my pain. How to cope with that. Combined with different situations in life. 😊Thx You
Very unprofessional. Was unsuccessful in trying to reach the office 48 hours in advance to cancel my appointment so I have more than 24 hours notice. I received an $85 no show bill, as a first time patient. This is absurd.
Absolutely predatory. I’m reporting them for fraudulent billing as they cannot seem to understand what “you cashed my cheque” means when regarding a balance. The counselors & therapists are great. Billing seems to be literally non existent. I emailed the “Lifestancecares” email somebody responded with below…. and like I’ve had happen for years now, nobody resolved it or reached out from billing. They are after one thing - money. So far so good. My counselor listens well and is helping me get to the root of behavior that defines my situation.
