I had a great experience with my therapist. Likedra Smith made me feel so welcoming and made it easy to open up. She was so knowledgeable. I cant wait til my next appointment next month. I highly recommend.
Today was my 1st in person visit and I must say the moment I stepped into the office I was greeted with the most personable receptionist. It definitely felt like we've met in a previous Life. My therapist Mary had the most warm and inviting spirit which leads me to believe that at this very moment in life this was destined to occur. I am confident in knowing I'm doing what I need to for the betterment of my well being more now than ever.
Just walked out of this practice very disappointed. Firstly, the receptionist was totally unprofessional and unwelcoming. She was rooting through bags of chick fil a the entire rime of our interaction. I was there to make an appointment for my husband. She immediately rejected that idea, advising he would have to book it himself. Going to try a more amicable, understanding, and attentive practice.
I have decided to move my treatment elsewhere. My provider constantly canceled and rescheduled my appointments, and I found it impossible to keep up with them. After allegedly missing an appointment, they had the nerve to charge me $100 after I have been nothing but flexible with them. To this date can not find a single reminder text or email regarding this appointment. Things have gone downhill since the merger.
