the only reason why my review isn’t one star is because the therapists are great but the billing is a nightmare. it’s inconsistent, and doesn’t even make sense half the time. the billing team is all just robots that tell you to call your insurance and the insurance company just tells you they can’t do anything so it’s like you’re just being ping ponged between the two. just go somewhere else so you know actually what you’re paying for, they’re not transparent with it at all here.
Lifestance has been amazing! The front desk staff is very helpful, plus the online portal is very easy to navigate. Erica has been a wonderful and warm therapist!
Tina Collins has been wonderful. She has gotten me through some dark times. I will NOT give her up!!
Excellent session, I had some anxiety at first, but by the end I felt comfortable and unafraid of sharing some rough subjects. I left the session feeling really good and grateful :)
