We started bringing my son here to help cope with his ADHD, and I decided they were doing so well with him, I'd get some help dealing with some long-term issues I'd been dealing with... two different therapists, both amazing in their trade. Highly recommended.
Not happy at all ! I received a text saying that i had a balance of $28 and change! No reason why i should have a balance! I pay my $10 co pay each week! I spoke to my therapist and asked if she would send a message to billing since I couldn't get in touch with anyone all morning When I checked my banking app a few hours later, you not inly charged me the $10 for the session, but also hit my card for that extra $28 and had zero authorization for me to do so
I am so very pleased concerning all aspects of my mental helth team. While I had inital reservations regarding on-line therapy, it has worked out much more than I could have thought possible.
The care I’ve received here is almost too good to be true. From office cleanliness to accessibility to professional care I’m beyond happy!
