Charlotte Steerman was great. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience, attentive and actually present in the conversation unlike a lot of providers lately. I would definitely recommend her to others without hesitation. Overall, a very easy and convenient service to use.
I’ve been going to Lifestance for years. Was seeing Dr. Smartnek for awhile and just recently switched to Dr. Deanna Berry and she is by far the most wholesome, welcoming and caring doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Sometimes calling to schedule an appointment can take awhile but that’s understandable with how busy they must be. I highly recommend this place!
I wasn’t able to get any help here. After arguing with me about what insurance I had, in fact making me read EVERYTHING on the front and back of my insurance card to prove that I had the type of insurance that I said I did, their intake person told me that they would send me all the paperwork in the mail, or I could look online if I wanted to, and that the therapist would Call Me for my appt, neither of which was correct. Deanna Berry was so knowledgeable and compassionate. I appreciate her taking the time to work with me! I would definitely see her again if ever needed!
I was just nervous and frustrated prior to this appointment. After trying different treatments for years with no relief, I finally feel like someone is listening to me and completely understands where I am coming from. I am very optimistic to start my new medication.
