I was charged 90 dollars for an extended session because my call went over by a few minutes. I wasn't alerted that I was going over this time limit during our appointment. My appointment easily could have ended on time if I didn't exchanging pleasantries and casually chatted with Gwen Duffield. I feel tricked. I've also had appointments cancelled on me with no warning and difficulty rescheduling them.
My experience with Kate has been excellent. She is exceedingly competent in going over best options for my treatment. Kate always listens carefully and considers all factors going into a choice of medications, I have great faith in her decisions.
After a prescription pusher experience with my last doctor, I’m very glad to have found Dr Joseph Scott. He was very helpful in explaining symptoms, medications and side effects and ultimately, left the decision to medicate up to me. I left feeling very seen and heard, yet never judged.
My therapist and psychiatrist are some of the most incredible humans on this earth! They have helped me in so many ways. I will never go anywhere else.
