Sarah Martin is absolutely amazing! She takes her time to listen & offer different ideas for my treatment! She was hand picked for me from Barb Henry when she retired! That should speak for itself! Thank you Sarah!

I’ve been having a great experience with LifeStance. Meeting with Suzanne almost each week in the comfort of my own home has been so comforting and relaxing. It’s like I’m talking to a dear friend who gives honest and great advice. My anxiety would have me cancel appointments if they were in person. But with it being virtual, I’ve been less anxious to meet.

Good luck getting billing on the phone. Or almost anybody for that matter. Tried canceling an appointment and couldn’t get a live rep on phone, so left voice mail. They called the day of her appointment (they obviously didn’t get the message) to bump up her scheduled appointment time and I told them she had already canceled. Now they send a $75 late cancellation bill each month. I’ve tried no less than 6-7 times to get someone to answer the phone in billing and they never do.
