As a new patient, with two visits, my therapist was late arriving to the office both days. The provider was not set up, to receive a patient. During both visits, while trying to discuss the reasons for my visit and the intake process, I had to watch my therapist eat her breakfast during my time with her, while she talked about her health issues. Dr. Stuart is awesome! Ive never met a stranger who was more familiar than family. The whole process was easy. From finding the right person to scheduling an appointment, and getting checked in. I would definitely refer LifeStance! Only down side is trying to get through in the case of possibly running late bc of traffic or something.

Had a productive first meeting, but needed to reschedule my second appointment day of due to a last minute work obligation. Was on hold in excess of an hour to do so though…. transferred twice, told it would be a 5 minute wait for the front desk, waited at least 30 more minutes, and eventually just gave up. Already paid my copay, filled out all the pre appointment information, and couldn’t even get somebody on the phone. Disappointing to say the least.

I , have the privilege of having the best counselor Mrs K. Dixon , who recognized her patients problems.And administer the best therapy and treatment plan to assist in resolving issues that they may have.
