Love My doctor but a super shady organization. They are huge and you can’t get anyone on the line and I am supposed to be refunded over $900 and they can’t tell me where they sent the money….

Sad to give my first negative review. Poor response rate. Been ghosted by front desk or doctor several times. This is the 2nd time my provider has left the practice so I’m being reassigned to a new one and they refused to waive the “new patient” fee of $360. I asked if they could help me out and make an exception bc I just paid $360 fee earlier this calendar year (February!!!) and they wouldn’t budge. I love this service. I started using LifeStance during the pandemic and the clinician I found was amazing. I went through a lot with my health and my doctors followed up with her. I realize I got very lucky with my care team. I’ve also used their therapy services and that was great also. If I could give more that 5 stars I would.

Unbelievably terrible patient care. My wife was referred her to get her ADHD medication refilled in September. A doctor saw her, told her that she would be able to pick up her meds soon, but after six weeks of silence, had not gotten any more information. The doctor then abruptly left the practice. The staff was able to honor the prescription, and referred us to new doctor at LifeStance.
