Honestly I dreaded doing this because of “Fear of retaliation” & with the followers and viewers my profile receives, I never want to “Bash” a company.. I just simply never participate again. My psychiatrist was a very nice man and wanted to help me but the office was incompetent, the patient portal kept glitching, I was punished for being honest about my mental health problems under duress, now I don't get calls back, the patient portal will not send messages, and there is no way for a voicemail to be left. Too too much, too too much you got to do everything on your phone ahead of time put your card on file let them know if you don't want it on file then you got to do it every time, then you got to check in yourself this is getting worse than the airline. The people of course are very nice when you get there their victims as well they have nothing to do with it but all of this registering making accounts logging in checking yourself in it's like everything else too too much why bother, so many times I want to say forget it canc... read more
Wow, I am so impressed by my therapist:) she was able to see me relatively quickly and she was generous with her time. I genuinely loved her and will continue to see her.
Fantastic response to my request for an appointment. Scheduling was a breeze and therapists and doctor very easy to share my feelings and fears with.
