Helpful & to the point. I’m glad I found someone who listens to my needs and is truly looking to help. The telehealth visits are also super helpful for my busy schedule. Meredith Press is an amazing NP & human. The rest of the staff has been nothing but great & the online portal is also a great way to communicate. I was referred to lifestance health, and when looking for a provider I came across NP, Meredith Press I have been seeing her for months and she is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend if you are looking for a new provider, looking to switch providers etc ❤️
My psychiatrist was a very nice man and wanted to help me but the office was incompetent, the patient portal kept glitching, I was punished for being honest about my mental health problems under duress, now I don't get calls back, the patient portal will not send messages, and there is no way for a voicemail to be left. Honestly I dreaded doing this because of “Fear of retaliation” & with the followers and viewers my profile receives, I never want to “Bash” a company.. I just simply never participate again. My experience with this psychiatrist’s office has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, it became clear that professionalism and patient care are not their priorities.
