I have never felt so heard, validated and understood! I cannot recommend them enough! , they are definitely updated on woman’s health and brain health!! I saw Nicole Ward and Phoebe, I cannot say enough amazing things about both of them! They were so thorough at testing, properly diagnosing , & educating me! I’m so grateful
I’ve had a great experience with the Lifestance Health office on 3601 Minnesota Dr. The lobby is inviting and cozy, and the receptionist was warm and welcoming. My psychiatrist, Krista, has been exceptional—I genuinely feel like she cares about helping me and supporting my progress. For anyone seeking mental health support, I highly recommend this facility.
Edit- I still have not received a full refund yet. A supervisor left me a voicemail today and the number she left to call her back on was not a working number and the AI message was for Zillow.com. Tell me you’re scamming people out of money without telling me…. the issues sit on the side of financial services. It started when I found out through my insurance provider I was being charged a copay for every visit when I shouldn’t have been. My doc left and I’ve been seeing Krista McManus for a few months now. She’s great! Very personable and easy to talk to and she gives great med advice.
I saw two female psychiatrists here and they both weren't helpful. The first one I saw here was Jacqueline Cooper, and she wouldn't let me continue seeing her because I stated my boundaries and told her that seeing her "once every two weeks wasn't doable for my schedule." She threatened me and told me that if I didn't see her every two weeks that she will stop prescribing me my medication.
