I’ve been with this company since Covid. This is my second therapist and they have both been wonderful. Helpful, and very supportive of my goals and expectations. But they also have taught me how to use certain tools and strategies to improve myself as a human and a family member.

The online booking system was easy to navigate. I also called them directly and the administrator was very friendly and helpful. I had my first appointment today and, so far, the experience was good! Looking forward to future appointments.

I see Gina Biagini-French and she is the best therapist I have had in a long long time. She has helped me more in a few months than any other therapist has in twice as much time. My marriage is better than ever. I am very very grateful for this opportunity. Thank you Gina.

Pros: No complaints about the therapist, the app they use for video appointments is simple and and makes appointments easier than driving to an office Cons: It was extremely difficult to make an appointment with LifeStance/Psycare. The first time I called, the hold time was so long that I hung up. The second time, I was told they didn't know if my insurance was accepted and they would call me back in 3-4 days. After two weeks passed with no call, I called again and finally got my appointment scheduled. They also charge for ... read more
