Haven’t been a member of this facility and/or user of their services long but so far so good. I do enjoy what I am involved in and all those who I have come to know during my time as a participant so as of now I give them 5 stars and indeed recommend giving them a shot for whatever your individual needs are. And if at first they don’t succeed, try again… with someone else or another provider within the group. My provider is excellent, but the front desk is abhorrent. I called to get an email dress to send documents, and the girl at the desk gave me half the email then put me on hold to check in a patient. I waited for ten minutes and she never picked back up. Update: Knocking this down to one star because my provider stopped answering my messages. Spent 5 minutes on a follow up that cost $170. I’ve been seeing Dr Adriana Angulo for a while. I always refer her to everyone I know. She is so knowledgeable, caring, compassionate. Thanks to her I am doing great. The service with the clinic is also excellent.
