Booking the appointment exceeded my expectations, and my appointment with Janet was excellent and she once again exceeded my expectations. It's difficult to reach someone at the office during business hours. After seeing the same provider for 1-1/2 years, I needed to reschedule an appointment due to a mandatory work event. My appointment was scheduled for Friday. Appointments cannot be canceled or rescheduled thru the patient portal, you have to call. I attempted to contact the office on Wednesday to reschedule, after 30 min, I had to abandon the call. I called back on Thursday and was on hold for 20 min. Posting this review in tears at their heartlessness. A ridiculous cancellation policy that will charge $100 if you have to cancel within 48hours and they don't seem to care the reason either. Emergency? They don't care. I was told the reason doesn't matter and there's nothing they can do. Wonderful way to "care" about patients, especially those already suffering with mental health. Never again.
Dr Tysam Beckett is amazing! She has been able to stabilize me so well that after years of meds, she is tapering me down. She has been a life changer. Very down to earth and kind. I Highly recommend her!
