Lori was very personable and we hit it off right away.... She gave me work to do until our next meet up and I enjoyed our first session
I had my first appointment at 8 am, got morning off from work to be here and I’m here has been 20 minutes waiting outside already but the office is closed, nobody there, locked, nobody answering the phone. Very unprofessional.
I am always able to make an appointment for a day in the near future. When I do need to call they are always helpful and pleasant. Lilian Pumah has been just WONDERFUL!! Listens, is extremely caring and encouraging.
