I haven’t been in a good place. Feeling alone, depressed and hopeless. I called LifeStance because I am new to the area and needed to find someone to manage my medicine and get therapy. When I met Dr Lilian Pumah, I was expecting cold, clinical, to the point. I met a warm, loving, caring woman who wanted to know my story and ME. She met a skeptical, broken, hopeless woman and gave her hope and knowledge that she wasn’t alone in her battles….

They listened. Sympathized and gave me meds to help my anxiety. Will see if my medicine works. Highly recommend. Dr. Pumah is a godly woman. She listened and was straight to the point. Much respect. Hoping to get my anxiety and fears under control. Thank you guys.

Very happy with my first appointment. The medication changes scare me a bit, but he really went into as much depth with me as he could in an hour to get to what he thought would be my best starting regimen. I trust fully. Thanks!

I really like Dr. Nathan. He makes me feel comfortable, very easy to talk to. I feel very lucky to have someone that genuinely wants to help me be healthier. The telehealth appointments are really great and convenient, especially if you have social anxiety. I’m really grateful to have him to talk to.
