I really couldn’t be happier with LifeStance health. They have an incredibly comfortable in-person experience at their office in downtown Spokane… so although I was reluctant to try their virtual talk therapy after my initial intake, I did so anyways… and I’m glad that I did. The providers are fine. When you get into billing however, they are quick to charge you and not tell you why. Apparently, they changed the way my insurance is handled and just saddled me with hundreds of dollars for a session instead of the $20 I was supposed to be charged. It's always nice to be blindsided by unnecessary hardship, it's great for your mental health. I will be looking elsewhere I don't need the stress this place causes.

Doctor Tara saved my life, no cap. If you been procrastinating seeking help/treatment (like I did for years) for life's debilitating mental health problems please stop, and call to schedule an appointment with a mental health care specialist today. Trust me, you’ll be so glad you did.
