I had a negative experience with the male receptionist over the phone, and with LifeStance in general. I had to cancel my mother’s appointment because she got an injury. He told me he couldn’t confirm that she was their patient because they had no ROI for me. Guess what, there was no ROI form that came up when we did her online registration. I really couldn’t be happier with LifeStance health. They have an incredibly comfortable in-person experience at their office in downtown Spokane… so although I was reluctant to try their virtual talk therapy after my initial intake, I did so anyways… and I’m glad that I did. Their level of care is wonderful in this evolving field and new landscape of patient care. They are not like the “apps”.
