The providers are fine. When you get into billing however, they are quick to charge you and not tell you why. Apparently, they changed the way my insurance is handled and just saddled me with hundreds of dollars for a session instead of the $20 I was supposed to be charged. It's always nice to be blindsided by unnecessary hardship, it's great for your mental health. I will be looking elsewhere I don't need the stress this place causes.

Lifestance is a lifesaving game changer! Everyone I've dealt with has been super friendly and very helpful. Finding a therapist was made easy and there are so many to choose from that you can find one tailor-made to your exact needs. Being able to meet via telehealth is so convenient.
