By calling in to speak with a person, I was directed to the potential therapists bios on line. This allowed me to choose by experience and locality . The person on the phone was able to list for me the available appointment times from which I could choose. I found the first appointment to be a good match and look forward to continued contact with this therapist.
Charged for a pediatric consult, told us we couldn't be seen or treated bc the provider doesn't do pediatrics and wasn't sure why we were even scheduled. Told we would be referred elsewhere, but then they couldn't because they didn't have anyone to suggest. Then when refuted the charge, they sent the bill to collections. Terrible unfeeling place, phone triage awful, no customer service. Not kind to our 4 year old. This is a clinic run for profit not patients.
A breath of fresh air! Feel 10 lbs light when I leave. Lana is down to earth and can tell her anything. She is just a great soul!
I had an excellent appointment. Colleen listened to me and spoke clearly.
My psychologist Laura D is amazing!! How ever my former therapist LANA DICATALVO is AWFUL!!! So are the receptionists when you’re trying to reschedule your appointment. Yall need to cut the attitude.
