Very simple and easy. The people here that help to reschedule appointments are extremely helpful! I accidentally gave them the wrong time and they were very quick to help me change that. I was on the phone for no more than 2-3mins which is crazy fast to me.. like no joke, it's quick! The lady that's seeing me is also an absolute sweetheart 💕 I got Erika Berrio and for once, counseling is working out for me 💓 thanks to her. Scheduling was super efficient and easy. Love the weekly insight and processing with my therapist. I felt heard and seen by my psychiatrist as well. Definitely recommend LifeStance as a one stop shop for effective mental health support!
I was seen by Jennifer Quattrini over the course of around 5 months; to my dismay, my experience only worsened with time. I’m the kind of person who makes reminders of everything the moment it’s scheduled so that I cannot forget. I understand how important a health provider’s time is, they often have to work with what they’ve got. That being said, I was always on top of my virtual appointments.
