This place is a SCAM. They wrongfully billed me for an appointment that I never went to, and when I spent over 6 months waiting on their backend billing team to "investigate this," this closed it on a an UNFOUND technicality. I didn't even speak to anyone in that team, they make decisions without consulting patients. I have been unmediated due to those issue for over 6 months, my quality of life is suffering. I’m a new client @ LifeStance. I recently had my intake meeting with my counselor, which went very well. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I don’t do well with change but, Nicole did a good job helping me with that. Comfortable atmosphere.
I saw a male clinician here for multiple years. He made himself available to me at all times, evenings/weekends/holidays. We had a break in services due to changes in insurance and during this time he liked one of my Facebook posts. I had mixed feelings about this and after a lot of back and forth, we ultimately closed. By calling in to speak with a person, I was directed to the potential therapists bios on line. This allowed me to choose by experience and locality . The person on the phone was able to list for me the available appointment times from which I could choose. I found the first appointment to be a good match and look forward to continued contact with this therapist.
