Easy check-in process with non-invasive questions. Friendly staff at the desk. This was my first time seeking a provider with LifeStance and I was pleasantly surprised with my psychiatrists knowledge on Trauma-Informed Care. As someone who lives with PTSD, it can be very tasking to be vulnerable with a new provider, especially if they are focused on your past experiences. Unfortunately we had connection issues. First time using Zoom app. We were not able to see each other. I'm sure it will go much smoother next appointment.

Am getting to know my therapist and so far I think it's going well. She is patient she listens and I believe we have a lot in common. I think I got put with the right person, thus far is what I believe 🙏🙏

I see Michelle, and ive gotta say shes hands down probably the best provider ive seen so far in my 28 years of mental illness lmao. Shes always willing to try new things and is open minded and doesnt make me feel judged or like shes diagnosing/analyzing me. Its like just chatting with the homies when we have sessions. Shes also been a godsend when its come to figuring out medications and is very flexible. Shes also lgbtq friendly btw :)
