I really like Dr. Susan Player and she gets a 5 star review in my book. However, LifeStance Health itself, earns 1 star from me. The amount of calls/texts I’ve gotten from them since my appt, which was less than 24 hours ago, asking me to leave a review, is ridiculous. I know reviews/the web plays a big role in the world today, but this is a medical office, not a retail place of business. The cigna and lifestance websites indicated that the appointment I signed up for was in person. I even asked the individual who took my information over the phone who ensured me it was in person. The doctor I was meeting with is exclusively doing telehealth, so i was left unprepared for my appointment. My phone died halfway through our conversation while i sat in a hot car outside the clinic. The counselor i met with was professional, polite, and thought provoking. I look forward to future meetings.
These people are superb at what they do and their expertise with TMS therapy is excellent. Also they have a very warm and friendly staff who is there to accommodate any and all of your needs. They even let you talk about anything you want to and share their stories as well. Highly recommended.
I am beyond impressed with Lifestance! I was the person in my family to use their services and now 3 of the 6 of us use their services. I highly recommend them!
