No one answers the phone, except maybe someone who will tell you that everyone is in a meeting (doesn't matter what time, or what office, they're in a meeting,) but they'll call back. They never do. Billing department is the absolute worst (don't worry, they won't answer either.). Therapists don't follow their own instructions or communicate. Therapist good...but, worst billing department ever. So slow; so many mistakes; cant be reached; wont call back, etc. Double check the statements!

If I could give my one-on-one therapist (Stephanie Coates) a personal 5 star I would, because she’s simply amazing. HOWEVER, my husband and I are also in marriage counseling, with a different therapist, Emily Giles (Waukesha). Off the bat, she was taking sides with my husband, not sure if that’s professional, or if it’s because he’s a physician, and wants to believe he’s perfectly innocent in this marriage. I've been in some kind of counseling for over thirty years, since I was ten years old. I've been going to Cornerstone for probably at least twenty years and seeing my current therapist for almost as long. I have seen a couple other people for things such as marriage counseling and medication management. I honestly don't know where the bad reviews are coming from.
