I am writing this review in regards to my counselor Heidi. I have been seeing Heidi since late July when she was still employed at the Franklin office. Heidi has been a life saver for me- literally!!! She has taught me so many coping skills, she always actively listens, she advises, she encourages and she corrects. Life stance made it pretty easy to find someone, still took sometime and the first few where not my fave on the list but I kept searching till I found someone. I just had my first session. And Im happy with whom I chose excited for next session. Hope everything works out! First things out of my therapist mouth is, I want you to run me out of a job ◡̈ and that if they are not a good fit for me I should fire them and look again they also said if that happened they would help me find someone if I needed it!

That app is ok for reminders, updating current info, and paying co-pays. However, there are way too many reminders. And I should not have to fill out questions on how I’m feeling every time. Way too much to do. I don’t have time for all that.

No one answers the phone, except maybe someone who will tell you that everyone is in a meeting (doesn't matter what time, or what office, they're in a meeting,) but they'll call back. They never do. Billing department is the absolute worst (don't worry, they won't answer either.). Therapists don't follow their own instructions or communicate. Absolutely horrible, complete waste of my time and the psychiatrist, when i booked my appointment 5 weeks in i made sure to ask the receptionist if this was a good fit, and if we'd have any issues with medication refills oh no not at all I was told, after wasting an hour telling this woman about everything health conditions health concers, mind you I'm already 4 days past my medications being due she says idk why they put you with me ummmm I'm not sure i don't work there but mam I made sure to ask if this was an okay fit she... read more
