Only my second visit and the provider (Dr. Laura) I see is very friendly and makes it feel very comfortable and a safe space. I wish the billing department was also. They still haven’t “verified” my insurance or billed after a little more than a month later. They also don’t have an app so going online is a necessity. I am writing this review in regards to my counselor Heidi. I have been seeing Heidi since late July when she was still employed at the Franklin office. Heidi has been a life saver for me- literally!!! She has taught me so many coping skills, she always actively listens, she advises, she encourages and she corrects. Had my first appointment with a therapist who specializes in ADHD. She was so easy to talk to. I used the Mukwonago office.
Life stance made it pretty easy to find someone, still took sometime and the first few where not my fave on the list but I kept searching till I found someone. I just had my first session. And Im happy with whom I chose excited for next session. Hope everything works out! First things out of my therapist mouth is, I want you to run me out of a job ◡̈ and that if they are not a good fit for me I should fire them and look again they also said if that happened they would help me find someone if I needed it!
The staff here at the Mukwonago location is amazing. The psychiatrist Laura Heidelmerie is the best and so easy to talk to
