Absolutely horrible, complete waste of my time and the psychiatrist, when i booked my appointment 5 weeks in i made sure to ask the receptionist if this was a good fit, and if we'd have any issues with medication refills oh no not at all I was told, after wasting an hour telling this woman about everything health conditions health concers, mind you I'm already 4 days past my medications being due she says idk why they put you with me ummmm I'm not sure i don't work there but mam I made sure to ask if this was an okay fit she... read more

No one answers the phone, except maybe someone who will tell you that everyone is in a meeting (doesn't matter what time, or what office, they're in a meeting,) but they'll call back. They never do. Billing department is the absolute worst (don't worry, they won't answer either.). Therapists don't follow their own instructions or communicate. If I could give my one-on-one therapist (Stephanie Coates) a personal 5 star I would, because she’s simply amazing. HOWEVER, my husband and I are also in marriage counseling, with a different therapist, Emily Giles (Waukesha).
