Booking is very easy and after the first appointment and set up, each following session takes seconds to log in! I HIGHLY recommend working with Kathleen Moran-Keezer. She is not only incredibly professional and highly knowledgeable and qualified but she is also a very empathetic, kind and honest person. Denise Martin continued accepting new patients just before leaving the practice. I had to cancel with a provider I had already been seeing in order to schedule my intake with Denise. I don’t know where she’s going after leaving this practice but this seems incredibly unprofessional. Edit: Never received any sort of reply from the email address I was told to write to. I have had a very positive experience with Vanessa Hitchman and Dr. Sostre. Both of these knowledgeable and compassionate professionals have been amazing supports for me during a very difficult time.
This is the worst place ever.I had one virtual session I had a $10 copay and they took it upon themselves without notifying me of this no EOB which they used my credit card and took $275.00 out for the session. My insurance company paid them and their excuse was it took too long for my insurance company to pay. They have not returned my money and I can’t get thru to them. This is called double dipping.
