Booking is very easy and after the first appointment and set up, each following session takes seconds to log in! I HIGHLY recommend working with Kathleen Moran-Keezer. She is not only incredibly professional and highly knowledgeable and qualified but she is also a very empathetic, kind and honest person. Denise Martin continued accepting new patients just before leaving the practice. I had to cancel with a provider I had already been seeing in order to schedule my intake with Denise. I don’t know where she’s going after leaving this practice but this seems incredibly unprofessional. Edit: Never received any sort of reply from the email address I was told to write to. Fortunately I was able to get back in with another provider at a different location, but I find it odd that i’d be asked to write only to not receive any respo... read more

This is the worst place ever.I had one virtual session I had a $10 copay and they took it upon themselves without notifying me of this no EOB which they used my credit card and took $275.00 out for the session. My insurance company paid them and their excuse was it took too long for my insurance company to pay. They have not returned my money and I can’t get thru to them. This is called double dipping. Very easy to get in touch with someone and make an appointment. They are very flexible and offer video appointments. They also take a lot of insurance companies. Can't comment on the doctors yet. Just started but have no complaints.
