I waited weeks for an appointment only for the therapist to immediately tell me they weren't the right fit for me. I got a call back on Friday to reschedule with a different therapist, but I missed the call. I called back on Tuesday, repeating the message I had received, but there was no record of the call. I was back at square one. If you're looking for an experienced therapist, this might not be the place... “Experience” was my only requirement, and LifeStance falls short by a mile right at scheduling.
I called to schedule for severe postpartum depression. Was told I couldn’t be scheduled yet because no one was available that took my insurance. I have both private and state insurance. This company was aware of that the entire time. After a month of waiting and my depression getting more severe, they called to schedule me. Lifestance has changed my life. I have a great care team there helps with counseling and medication management. I feel heard and any changes that need to be made are prompt and handled with the utmost care. They're great at tracking my progress and helping find out of the box solutions for helping me deal with my complex trauma and medical needs. I would 100% recommend them to someone I cared about and know they would receive excellent care there.
Dr. Victor Richenstein has been my Doc for almost 30 years. He has blessed me with the most excellent care & treatment for my healing for a happy & thriving life. I know that I would not be on this earth if I had suffered in life without this very good Doctor.
