Lifestance has changed my life. I have a great care team there helps with counseling and medication management. I feel heard and any changes that need to be made are prompt and handled with the utmost care. They're great at tracking my progress and helping find out of the box solutions for helping me deal with my complex trauma and medical needs. I would 100% recommend them to someone I cared about and know they would receive excellent care there.
The interaction with LifeStance therapists made my partner and my life worse, not better; more stressful, not less. The administration (scheduling, patient coordination, etc.) is SO bad that a person currently undergoing breast cancer treatment (chemo, HER2 protein blocking, surgery, radiation) chose to forgo counseling because the latter made the cancer treatment process seem simple and positive. Kathleen Crew is lovely. She is attentive and curious and happy to answer all my questions and help me find answers. The web portal and check in systems are easy to navigate, who's is saying something as I usually find those things challenging.
Dr. Victor Richenstein has been my Doc for almost 30 years. He has blessed me with the most excellent care & treatment for my healing for a happy & thriving life. I know that I would not be on this earth if I had suffered in life without this very good Doctor.
Amazing doctor! I’ve been a patient for about 25 years now. He’s always been a blessing for my mental health and has helped me (and thereby my family) through so very many difficult times. I wish all my doctors would be so wonderful.
