Reached out to LifeStance for an ADHD assessment. The provider I was booked with was very unprofessional, gave no orientation to the call or process for questions, and overall did a very poor job of facilitating the assessment. She only asked the questions from her screen, where I would expect a psychiatrist to provide unbiased guidance to the patient about how to get the most out of the session. I am in my 3rd year of services at Life Stances and from the get go they have gone out of their way to make my experiences there a positive one. Everyone is so personal and friendly and they follow through and follow up on my well being all the time. They go out of their way to meet Clint needs. I appreciate this so much. I can't say enough positive things about the staff and professional therapists at Life Stances. They truly care about their clients and it shows. Thank you. 🥰
I sent multiple emails over 10 months describing what I believed was negligence and malpractice by providers at the Eugene location. Each was replied to by the Lead Project Coordinator in Eugene stating that they would be forwarded to clinical leadership in Eugene, and they would follow up. I only got a response after leaving a one star review on Google. During that phone call, Clinical Director Randy Hart agreed that the providers' notes were inadequate, inaccurate, and incomplete. If I could give zero stars I would. They do not give nausea medication to help with the meds they prescribe. I have a emotional support animal that I requested a letter for and was told, since my provider left it would be another 6-9 months and that isn't something they typically do there at Lifestance. So many other better providers out there, this is not one of them.
They're very kind and helpful and non judgmental. Nothing I said , made me feel like I should be ashamed . I have great hopes for this place to help me finally let go of all the pain and shame that's held me back for so long in life . These people are the best and I recommend anyone could use this kind of help in their lives, I know it wouldn't hurt . Thank you for everything. Here's to a long helpful understanding therapy.
