They have been in the process of updating telehealth appointments right now and it has been a nightmare beyond imagination to get a zoom telehealth visit lately. Very disappointed 😞 in this new system, especially at the point where they ask for you to edit your name before the appointment with no explanation on how to edit, etc. They already know my name. I might get new provider at this point through Highmark. Not happy at all!
Nicole Jackson is very kind and very helpful. I had first seen her when she was at La Red. Nicole helped me more than anyone else with my meds. I had to follow her to LifeStance. It is much easier with her being at LifeStance, as I can text her through the patient portal anytime I have a problem or issue. I am very grateful to Nicole and to Lifstance.
They charge u what they want. They didn't charge me for over a month and refused to bill for copay $10. Billed me for appointments after calling from hospital canceling cause was in hospital and charged me more. The therapist a Mrs. Carla Mann advised would help get corrected never called me back about it and declined my calls.
Life Stance staff has always been very professional and readily available. Dr. Nicole Jackson is excellent at her job, I am really happy to have her. She is a great listener and you can tell she really cares and wants to be of help. Thank you
i love my provider that i see, but i only come here because she had to transfer offices. it is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone over the phone, and it always ends up with me waiting to reach someone for 45 mins - 1 hr and i do NOT understand why. like my insurance company picks up the phone faster than them. this is an issue for me and honestly it is ridiculous. someone needs to do something about it because i should not have to wait that long for a 10 min phone conversation, or even a 2 min phone conversation JUST to make an appoi... read more
