They charge u what they want. They didn't charge me for over a month and refused to bill for copay $10. Billed me for appointments after calling from hospital canceling cause was in hospital and charged me more. The therapist a Mrs. Carla Mann advised would help get corrected never called me back about it and declined my calls.
Nicole Jackson is very kind and very helpful. I had first seen her when she was at La Red. Nicole helped me more than anyone else with my meds. I had to follow her to LifeStance. It is much easier with her being at LifeStance, as I can text her through the patient portal anytime I have a problem or issue. I am very grateful to Nicole and to Lifstance.
Life Stance staff has always been very professional and readily available. Dr. Nicole Jackson is excellent at her job, I am really happy to have her. She is a great listener and you can tell she really cares and wants to be of help. Thank you

I chose this place because they had great reviews but my experience isn't the same. I tried two different therapist's, one who I just didn't jive with because I need solutions not just to vent. I felt pressured with the second one because she really wanted virtual and I can't do virtual due to my situation. She called me prior to appointments to ask if I could switch to virtual knowing I had said it won't work for me. After this, I decided to cancel the rest of my therapy appointments.
